I. Overall Machine Overview
This filling machine adopts a modular design, with each functional unit working in coordination to complete the entire filling process from bottle infeed to discharge. The following are the main mechanical structures and their functional descriptions:
Conveying Mechanism: Responsible for bottle infeed and discharge. Empty bottles are fed into the filling area by the conveyor belt, and after filling is completed, they are conveyed forward to the next process stage.
Guide Rails: Installed on both sides of the conveying path, adjustable according to bottle diameter to keep bottles centered during movement, preventing deviation or tipping, and providing accurate positioning for subsequent filling operations.
Adjustment Mechanism: Allows the entire filling valve assembly to be raised or lowered via adjustment handles, enabling precise control of the distance between the filling nozzle and the bottle mouth to accommodate bottles of different heights.
Bottle Stop Mechanism: Accurately stops bottles before filling, aligning the bottle center with the filling head center to ensure precise positioning and accurate material dispensing.
Control Cabinet: The electrical control core of the equipment, housing PLCs, relays, drives, and other key control components responsible for overall logic control and signal processing.
Human-Machine Interface: Features a touchscreen design, providing operators with interactive functions including parameter setting, operation monitoring, alarm inquiry, and manual debugging.
II. Conveying Mechanism Detailed Description
The conveying mechanism is the fundamental unit for orderly bottle flow. Its key components and functions are as follows:
Plate Chain Conveyor Belt: Through meshing with the drive gear, it converts the motor's rotary motion into linear translation, moving bottles steadily forward in the set direction. The plate chain structure features strong load capacity and stable operation.
Drive Motor: Provides power to the conveying mechanism. The motor output shaft connects to a reduction unit to adjust speed to match the filling rhythm. Its start/stop is automatically controlled by the PLC based on production line status.
Detection Sensor: A diffuse reflection photoelectric sensor installed at the entrance of the filling station for real-time detection of bottles entering the filling area. When a bottle reaches the set position, the sensor sends a signal to the PLC, which then commands the conveyor motor to stop, holding the bottle at the filling position waiting for the filling action.
