Intuitive Operation: Equipped with a color touchscreen, high-precision weighing PLC, and C3-class weighing sensors. Parameter settings are straightforward, filling volume can be entered directly on the screen, and a one-tare key function simplifies the operation process.
Precise Filling Control: Adopts a submerged filling method where the filling nozzle automatically retracts as the liquid level rises, reducing bubble generation. It is combined with a frequency converter for three-speed adjustment, balancing filling speed and accuracy.
Intelligent Compensation Function: Features an automatic drop compensation mechanism that performs real-time corrections based on material flow characteristics and pipeline pressure variations, ensuring batch-to-batch filling consistency.
