After operators become familiar with the equipment's performance and adjustment methods, it can also be extended to filling applications in industries such as beverages, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals, offering a certain degree of versatility and compatibility.

II. Main Technical Parameters

The equipment operates on a 220V 50/60Hz power supply, with overall dimensions of approximately 2510×985×1695mm (L×W×H) and a total weight of about 200kg. Under a 500ml filling volume standard, the filling speed can reach 600 to 1000 bottles per hour, suitable for medium to low-speed production line configurations. Filling accuracy falls within a reasonable range based on adjustment levels, meeting general production requirements.

III. Filling Process Step-by-Step Analysis

The equipment operation flow includes the following typical stages: manual bottle loading → conveyor transport → photoelectric detection → stop positioning → filling → release → output → collection. The specific sequence is as follows:

  1. Loading Stage: Operators place empty bottles onto the conveyor infeed end in sequence, and the bottles move smoothly from left to right along the conveyor belt.

  2. Detection and Positioning: When a bottle reaches the detection station, the photoelectric sensor identifies its presence and sends a signal to the PLC control system. The system then activates the stop cylinder to precisely halt the bottle at the filling position.

  3. Filling Action: Upon detection of the bottle in position, the lifting cylinder lowers the filling valve assembly from the standby position to the filling position. The filling valve opens to complete material dispensing according to the preset volume. After filling is completed, the lifting cylinder returns the valve assembly to the standby position.

  4. Release and Output: After a preset delay, the stop cylinder automatically retracts, releasing the filled bottle, which is then carried out of the filling area by the conveyor belt to the collection or subsequent processing stage.

  5. Cycle Operation: The above actions repeat automatically, enabling continuous filling operation.

IV. Key Operation Tips

Before starting the equipment, ensure that power and air supply connections are secure, and adjust relevant parameters according to bottle specifications and filling volume. Filling accuracy is affected by material characteristics and valve adjustment status; it is recommended to conduct trial fills and calibration before changing product types or shifts. Clean the filling valves and conveyor belt regularly to prevent material residue from affecting operational stability.
