I. High-Speed Rotary Filling Equipment

With high unit output and fast operating rhythm, it is suitable for large-scale brand manufacturers with extremely high daily output. Given the involvement of high-precision servo control, online inspection, and high-speed conveying systems, the equipment cost is typically high, making it suitable for stable, high-volume production of a single product variety.
II. Inline Filling Equipment
An inline filling line consists of multiple independent functional units arranged in sequence. A typical configuration includes a bottle unscrambling turntable, automatic filler, automatic capper, vacuum capping machine, labeling machine, and bottle collection turntable. Additional units such as automatic carton packers and bundlers can be included as needed. Each unit can operate either in coordination or independently, offering strong flexibility and scalability. This type of equipment is suitable for high-output products, allowing section-by-section speed adjustment and facilitating maintenance and future upgrades.
III. Turntable (Chuck-Type) Filling Equipment
Turntable-type fillers integrate filling and capping processes into a compact body using a rotary station layout. They occupy minimal floor space and feature a compact structure, making them ideal for workshops with limited space. Their output capacity falls between manual lines and large automatic systems, primarily serving medium-volume production needs. The user-friendly interface and relatively simple changeover make them particularly suitable for multi-variety, small-batch sauce production.

When selecting equipment, factors such as daily output, bottle specifications, material characteristics, workshop space, and budget should be comprehensively considered. Inline and turntable-type equipment are widely adopted in small to medium-sized sauce production facilities due to their high cost-effectiveness and adaptability. It is recommended that, after clarifying production requirements, customers communicate with equipment suppliers to conduct material testing and solution design, ensuring that the selected equipment matches actual production processes and avoiding instability or capacity waste caused by improper selection.
