This line comprises a mixer, a three-roller grinder, a soap plodder, a soap printing and cutting machine, three conveyor belts, and a controller set. The machines are constructed from durable carbon steel, ensuring their reliability and longevity.

This automated production process ensures efficient and consistent soap production, from the initial Saponification stage to the final cutting and stamping. The use of high-quality materials and components ensures the soap's quality and safety, making it suitable for various applications and consumer preferences.

2. Producing condition

1) Water Requirement: 1 cubic meter of circulating water is required, which is non-expendable, ensuring continuous and efficient operation.

2) Electricity Consumption: The equipment consumes 44 kilowatt-hours of electricity, operating at a voltage of 380V and a frequency of 50HZ. Rest assured, the motor voltage can be customized to suit your local electricity standards.

3) Workshop Dimensions: The recommended workshop size for optimal operation is 22 meters in length, 8 meters in width, and 3.5 meters in height (L x W x H). This ensures sufficient space for the smooth running of the equipment and the ease of movement for personnel.

4) Personnel Requirement: Each shift requires 5 to 7 workers to ensure efficient operation and monitoring of the process. This ensures that the production line remains productive and any issues are promptly addressed.

1. Warranty: One year (excluding operation-related damages).

2. Payment Terms: Payment by wire transfer, with 50% advance payment and the balance settled before shipment.

3. Packaging: Wooden crate packaging or plastic film packaging.

4. Delivery Time: 45 working days after receipt of the advance payment.
